We keep things simple. Our role is to guide you through the process and deliver an impressive result each and every time.
- Ensure the ‘Exclusive Management Authority’ with your current agency has expired (it should be 30 or 60 days from originally signing the REIV authority). If the agreement has expired, then;
- Contact Gotham Property and we will send you an ‘Exclusive Management Authority’ to sign and return.
- We handle the rest. We will contact your property manager to collect the file and all the relevant tenancy documents including the lease, condition report and photos.
